Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to:

You may use the EU standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.


Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.


Return of Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
  • Goods that are produced on demand according to customer choices (e.g. custom or print-on-demand items)

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us without undue delay after discovering the issue.

  • Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.


Refunds

Once a return is processed, refunds will be issued in accordance with the terms above.

Refunds are made to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Due to the nature of our production process, we generally do not offer direct exchanges.
